Yes. I am virtual friends with a number of cast members, but only those with whom I have had somewhat substantive conversation with at some point or other. Most, but not all, we’re initiated by me, and usually after I asked if it would be ok for me to friend request them. Facebook often suggests additional cast members to me, but I resist FB’s urging until I have a legitimate claim to “friending” them.
