am I right in reading that you have 2 rings from SNM? Do you think the second one was to replace the first one? Or maybe people are leaving rings now and there may be a few red herrings around?

The first ring I acquired is definitely part of a larger mystery. I haven’t put it all together yet, and I know that I am not the only person that is in the middle of such a quest. I actually suspect that this is a mystery that ultimately will lead to “the ring.”
The latest ring I found, while it initially seemed in the moment like it might be part of aforementioned story, is nothing.
I do suspect there are red herrings, and yes, I do suspect that they have been left by guests, not our red goddess.
